In our first Photographer Series we talked to renowned Greek photographer Yiorgos Kordakis, who captured our stunning hideaways on the island of Syros.

Greek born Yiorgos Kordakis lives in Athens and New York City and has been working as a professional photographer since 1997.

He is renowned for his large format Polaroid photography method and the subsequent technical treatment in which the original photos are scanned, enlarged and printed on Fine Art paper. His popularGlobal Summer series with images of blurred people and abstract patterns has fascinated viewers across the entire globe.
